What MyBedSpace is

• MyBedSpace is a listing and discovery platform. Hosts publish bedspaces and rooms; people looking for a place browse them and send enquiries to hosts.
• MyBedSpace does not own, manage or inspect the spaces listed, and does not guarantee any listing, host or space.
• MyBedSpace does not take payments, deposits or rent, does not handle bookings, and is not a party to any tenancy or arrangement between a host and anyone else.
• Listings are reviewed before they are published, but a review is not an inspection, a guarantee or legal advice.

Rules for everyone

• Do not publish or send anything misleading, discriminatory, illegal, fraudulent or unsafe.
• Do not use MyBedSpace to harass, scam, impersonate anyone, scrape the site, or get around its security.
• See any space in person and confirm the terms in writing before paying anything or moving in.
• Report anything that looks wrong using “Report this listing”.

Rules for hosts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing: price, what is included, sharing, facilities, rules, availability and photos.
• You must have the right to offer the space, and the listing and the arrangement must comply with the laws and permits that apply to it.
• Information you provide to verify your identity and authority to list is used for that purpose only and is never shown to finders.
• A published listing has no time limit: it stays live until MyBedSpace pauses or removes it.

Moderation

MyBedSpace may review, pause, suspend, reject or remove a listing, and may suspend an account, if it breaks these terms or the listing rules, or if we receive a credible report. A report does not automatically remove a listing.
